  • Do I need a driveway or garage?

No. Repairs can be conducted anywhere, as long as safety allows it.

  • Is there a warranty on the repairs?

Yes. Every repair job comes with a 6-month or 5,000 mile workmanship warranty.

  • Can I provide my own parts?

For liability purposes, all parts will be brought to the job by the automotive technician.

  • Do you use OEM parts?

Unless OEM (original equipment manufacturer) parts are requested, all parts will come from local auto parts stores, such as AutoZone, O'Reilly, Napa, etc., where all parts are vigorously tested to ensure durability and quality.

  • What if I need to cancel my appointment?

Appointments can be cancelled 24 hours before the scheduled service with your deposit 100% refunded. Cancellations within 24 hours are nonrefundable. Nonrefundable deposits can be credited towards a future booking.​

  • Where do I send my deposit?

A $30 deposit is required to confirm your appointment and can be sent via Cash App ($OTWAutoRepair) or Zelle (323-849-8509). You will be informed once the deposit is received.

  • Does the service comes with a warranty?

Yes. All services comes with a 90-day or 1,200 mile warranty, whichever comes first
